01What is being requested
The supply, leasing, rental, and management of a vehicle fleet consisting of electric cars, (electric) bicycles, and possibly other forms of mobility. The assignment concerns a Framework Agreement for a period of 4 years with an option to extend by a maximum of 1 year (total duration 5 years) with an estimated value of € 600,000 and a maximum value of € 900,000.
The contracting authority is starting an EU procurement with the aim of entering into a Framework Agreement with 1 Bidder for Leasing and Mobility. The new Framework Agreement must commence on 16 November 2026.
