This framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, comprises the on-call supply of LED Retrofit kits for the purpose of replacing lighting in signage boards with LED at all train stations in the Netherlands. The Agreement has a fixed term of 8 years. The maximum term is thus 8 years. The fixed term is based on the period required to procure the deliveries for installation. The maximum term is based on the need to still be able to obtain the products. The Agreement involves a minimum purchase of 9,000 LED Retrofit kits. No rights can be derived from this requirement in any way
