Stichting Oost Flevoland Woondiensten has launched a non-public procurement for the modernization of 436 homes in the region. Additionally, the contractor must comply with Dutch building regulations, environmental and safety standards, and the requirements of local government policy for sustainable housing maintenance. The contracting authority expects transparent communication, regular progress reports, and a conclusive completion of the works within the specified timeframe.
