01What is being requested
Development of a nationally operating collection and reuse system for PV installations, consisting of mounting frames, PV panels, and inverters. The project focuses on implementing a system design for circular processing within a multi-year duration.
This chain breakthrough project builds upon three projects in which circular systems for photovoltaic (PV) systems (hereinafter: PV systems) were explored, namely solar panels, inverters, and mounting frames. The project for solar panels was completed in 2021. The project for inverters is still ongoing in 2025. For mounting frames, in addition to an exploratory project, a Moonshot project has also been completed, in which a reuse system was developed and tested on a small scale via two pilots.
02Strategic insight
The candidate must be able to fulfill the roles of architect, broker, manager, and coach to effectively manage the chain. There must be a strong focus on safeguarding the public interest over individual business interests. It is essential to maintain a holistic view of both the substantive quality and the process management.
