07Frequently asked questions

What is the duration of the framework agreement for the IT hardware?
The framework agreement has an initial duration of two years, with the possibility to extend it twice for one year each time, for a maximum duration of four years.
How is the contract divided across the different components?
The contract is divided into two lots: lot 1 concerns workstation hardware and mobile devices, and lot 2 concerns data center hardware.
Why is the contract split into two lots?
The split is necessary because there is no connection between the products of lot 1 and 2. This was done to stimulate market competition and to limit the risk of supply problems in lot 2 by working with multiple contractors.
