De Politie wishes to contract two (2) independent intermediary service providers to provide De Politie with Hired Professionals for all hiring requests (Further calls) for business operations functions from HBO level and all hiring requests (Further calls) for IT functions (regardless of job level). The Intermediaries recruit and supply, via a Network of Third Parties, Hired Professionals for the benefit of De Politie, whereby no employment contract is established
