01What is being requested

GVB Infra B.V. currently has 156 UPS installations in use, with an expected growth to approximately 200 in 2021. To replace the ad-hoc engagement of external parties for inspection, maintenance, and fault repair, GVB wishes to engage an external party capable of managing the entire UPS fleet in-house. GVB currently has 156 UPS installations in use. In the future, this number will increase to approximately 200 units in 2021. With the ever-increasing number of UPS units under management, GVB wants to move away from the “ad hoc” engagement of external parties for maintenance and fault repair. GVB aims to organize this more effectively. To manage the entire existing fleet of UPS installations in-house both now and in the future, GVB lacks sufficient personnel with the knowledge and expertise to maintain all UPS installations at the required level, both now and certainly in the future.
