Assessment is based on the advisory process (content, planning, communication, presentation) and the interior design advice/plan.
Assessment of the manner in which the bidder ensures that sports equipment is available, inspections and maintenance take place within the usage times with minimal disruption, and how the process of notifications and deliveries is organized without the involvement of the municipality.
The price quotation is provided via the pricing sheet (appendix 3) with four tabs: Cover sheet (total amounts), Price sheet (replacement items), Inspection (annual inspection and repair hours), and Discount percentages (for other products). All rates include VAT and are all-in rates.
