01What is being requested
Hiring of flexible workers on the basis of an agency or secondment agreement for the P&O service of BUas, whereby the contractor is responsible for the full administrative handling and the offering of suitable candidates.
BUas aims to be quickly and qualitatively provided with flexible workers for BUas on call. This concerns both (short-term) replacement of regular positions as well as temporary positions. This can be on the basis of agency work or secondment. For this purpose, BUas wishes to enter into an exclusive framework agreement with a bidder for the provision of these services.
