01What is being requested

For the design of the matter at hand, the Contracting Authority has tendered a design team (OT) which, in cooperation with the Contracting Authority, works out a Final Design + (DO+). Given the challenge in the project regarding the combination of existing buildings and new construction, alongside sustainability improvements, the Contracting Authority wishes to involve the contractor's expertise at an early stage. Therefore, in addition to the realization, the contractor will also be given responsibility in the design. The assignment and works to be tendered therefore relate to two phases. 1.
