01What is being requested

Delivery of a wide range of ICT resources, including mobile phones, laptops, desktops, peripherals, audio and communication equipment, and accessories. The assignment includes providing a webshop/ordering environment, 2nd line support, and a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards suppliers. The framework agreement has a duration of 6 years with a possible extension of 2 times one year (total duration 8 years) with a maximum contract value of € 28,500,000 excl. VAT.

Within this procurement, ICT resources will be centrally and integrally managed by a single contractor. This concerns both fixed and mobile workstation equipment used by employees of the Municipality of Almere to perform their duties, regardless of location.
