The assignment includes the qualitative integration of the supermarkets (Lidl and Jumbo), the public space, and the real estate development (including the former SNS location and a transformer and toilet building) within the historical and urban planning context.
Land sale Uithuizen centre. As part of the Uithuizen Centre Plan, a solution is now being sought for the former SNS location as the final piece for the entire Molenerf development. Through the redesign of the Molenerf, space is created for an expansion of the Jumbo supermarket and the construction of apartments with a commercial plinth.
