01What is being requested
Concluding a Framework Agreement with five (5) Contractors per Lot for the supply of a Power on Demand service. The duration is ten (10) years, with an option for a one-time extension of five (5) years.
The deployment of a Flextender focuses on realizing locally controllable capacity at strategic locations where our analyses shows that the impact is greatest or the connection options are best. By adding targeted capacity at these locations, congestion can be mitigated and space can be created to responsibly accommodate new customers. The Contractor is responsible for the delivery as a Power on Demand service and performing all necessary work to ensure operation of the service, so that power is available upon the Client’s request.
02Strategic insight
Focus the proposition on the price, as this has a very heavy weighting of approximately 80% in the award. Ensure a technical design that optimally facilitates the mobility of the assets and 24/7 availability (including the short response time). Verify whether the Dutch establishment and the required certifications/standards (such as PGS 37-1, NEN 1010, etc.) directly comply with the stated requirements.
