On February 28, 2025, the contract with our current recruitment partner expires. For this reason, a new agreement must be concluded for external recruitment. As the Municipality of Enschede, we strive for an efficient and effective personnel policy, in which the recruitment of ZZP-ers (self-employed professionals) and seconded personnel forms an important component. The service provider contributes to the implementation of our strategic workforce planning. Our focus lies on gaining control over recruitment, cost reduction, providing support to both the organization and the external personnel,
