If you wish to oppose the proposed contracting, summary proceedings must be initiated at the Limburg District Court, Maastricht location, within 20 calendar days after the publication of this announcement, failing which the right to challenge the validity and/or execution of this proposed agreement shall be forfeited. In the interest of rapid and proper progress, you are requested to inform UM of the use of a legal remedy
