The objective of this procurement is: - to conclude a (framework) agreement with one Contractor for a period of three years, with an option to extend for a maximum of five times one year. The choice to whether or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests solely with the Contracting Authority. The intended commencement date of the (framework) agreement is 1 August 2025 and ends by operation of law on 1 August 2028, unless the contracting authority chooses optional extension(s).
