01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the execution of Cold Commissioning activities on HS/MS stations. This includes checking and energizing the Low Voltage installation (230/400VAC) and the entire DC installation, as well as functional testing of the protection relays and verifying the system matrix and I/O lists.
Enexis is seeking multiple parties to carry out the required services for Enexis during the contract period for the execution of cold commissioning activities. According to Article 3.66 of the Public Procurement Act 2012 (aanbestedingswet 2012), Enexis has introduced a scheme for the recognition of entrepreneurs for cold commissioning services. This recognition scheme was published on TenderNed on 10 November 2023 as “Enexis Erkenningsregeling Cold-Commissioning diensten EBS” with PB/S number: 679376-2023.
