The Municipality of Vlaardingen, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, intends to tender the advisory services and supply of various ICT End User Devices through a European open procedure and to conclude a framework agreement with two contractors for this purpose. Further orders within the framework agreement will be awarded via a mini-competition between the two (2) contractors. Further orders with an estimated value lower than € 10,000 (excluding VAT) can be ordered directly from one of the contractors via an ordering portal without a mini-competition. It is understood that
