What are the rules for bidding using an external party for transport?
If a bidder uses an external company for the weekly transport, the conditions in chapter 4.2.1 of the tender guidelines must be complied with. Additionally, during the tender, attachments 05 and 06 must be fully completed and attached with signatures for every candidate third party.
How should deviating or further agreements in the contract be handled?
Desired deviating or further agreements must be explicitly submitted via a question, to which Erasmus MC will respond via the Nota van Inlichtingen. The agreements must refer to the AIV 2024 (instead of AIV 2021).
