The work consists of improving the primary flood defense between Cuijk and Ravenstein, dike section 36-2 Land van Heusden de Maaskant 2, located on the south side of the Maas between Cuijk and Ravenstein (from dike pole 174 up to and including Dike pole 382) and runs from the Mook railway bridge to just after the A50 bridge near Ravenstein, where the Cuijk Ravenstein task connects to the Meanderende Maas project.
