The contracting authority wishes to contract a Contractor for the design and realization of a Green Gas installation that converts the contracting authority's Biogas into Green Gas and delivers it to the local Grid Operator (Enexis). Normal installation must have a capacity with which a minimum of 4,100,000 Nm3 of Biogas per year can be upgraded to Green gas and is delivered at the intake point of the Grid Operator. The quality of the Green gas must comply with the requirements set by the Grid Operator.
