01What is being requested
Within the scope of the framework agreement falls the delivery of products and services regarding Circular furniture. The products and services include: • Loose office and educational furniture; • Home working stations; • Furniture for the interior design of meeting areas, catering or other space functions within TU Delft; • Various small furniture such as accessories and workstation decoration; • Assembly and installation; • Interior design advice and project management; • Refurbishing and repairing existing furniture (revitalisation); • Sustainable disposal of furniture; • Furniture management. Outside the scope fall the following products and services: • All (amphi) lecture halls with fixed educational furniture; • Laboratory furniture; • Special archive and library bookcases; • Lockers; Outdoor furniture.
The objective of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the delivery of Circular furniture as described in the Invitation to Tender. The planned commencement date of the framework agreement is 01-11-2024 and the framework agreement runs until at latest 31-10-2033.
