This involves the development, maintenance, and advisory/support of two financial models: • Indicatieve Bestedingsruimte Woningcorporaties (hereinafter: IBW). The IBW examines what additional investment capacity is available for the housing association sector. • Financieel VerkenningModel (hereinafter: FVM). The FVM was created for the calculation of the research Opgaven en Middelen Corporatiesector in Balans, and the resulting Nationale Prestatieafspraken.
