The assignment concerns the renovation and sustainability of the town hall in Medemblik (North, Middle, and South building) in construction team framework. The work includes building renovation of facades, roofs, floors, and interior walls, sustainability measures in accordance with the Sustainability Roadmap, internal renovation, and coordination with the W&E installer.
Through this tender, the building contractor and the E&W installer, hereinafter referred to as the contractors, are selected and contracted to initially take part in the construction team for the purpose of the renovation of the town hall.
