The Contract concerns bringing the accounting of Entrepreneurs into order who, as individuals, have or have had a business and are residents of Rotterdam according to the BRP. The Entrepreneur has problematic debts and their business administration is not in order. Within this Contract, Entrepreneurs who wish to continue their business are assisted, as well as Entrepreneurs who are officially no longer an Entrepreneur. The objective of the Contract is to provide relief to Entrepreneurs by bringing the business administration into order, so that an application for a Debt Restructuring Scheme
