01What is being requested

Schiphol is looking for security partners for three lots via a partnership model (Security 2.0). This concerns airport security tasks such as passenger screening, personnel screening, and mobile screening. The contracting authority and the contractor will jointly form a new private limited company for a long-term partnership focusing on quality improvement and operational stability.

The description of the assignment for the Service Agreements concerns the execution of security tasks, i.e., all occurring security and supporting activities. These activities relate to the screening of passengers and hand luggage, screening of personnel, crew members and carried items, mobile screening using Passenger Screening Dogs (PSD) and Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) in non-Schengen lounges and piers, and STB/Construction tasks. Within the Tender, SNBV intends to conclude three (3) Service Agreements pertaining to different security disciplines. Each Service Agreement concerns a Lot.
