The contract comprises the on-call transport of passengers for the Client in groups, using a coach with driver including luggage. The service is a supplement to the transport capacity available to the contracting authority itself, in order to meet the full requirement for private bus transport. The Private Bus Transport has a starting and/or ending location situated in the Netherlands. The trips take place within the national borders of the Netherlands, as well as within the national borders of Europe.
