The provincial organization of the Province of Fryslân is in motion. Our environment, the challenges coming our way, and the requirements placed on our work are changing at a rapid pace. The results of various studies conducted by the province (spring and summer 2022) confirm this picture and show that it is necessary to further develop our organization. The organization must work for the 'mienskip' (community) with fewer people and resources, while still meeting the (complex) demands from society.
