01What is being requested
The provision of a collective disability insurance for employees of Stichting Floreer with a term of 36 months and three option years.
Stichting Floreer, as an employer, wishes to offer disability insurance to all its employees in salaried employment via a collective contract for the locations as mentioned in paragraph 1.2 of this tender guideline. The insurance must provide a benefit in the event of partial and total disability, whereby the (sum of the) disability benefit and the ABP disability pension are supplemented together to at least 70% of the last earned salary. In the aforementioned situations, the income must be supplemented until the AOW eligibility age applicable to each employee. The contractor must execute the
