Delivery of anonymization software for three municipalities (Arnhem, Rheden and Renkum) for processing documents in the context of Woo disclosure.
The Municipality of Arnhem, together with its partner municipalities Renkum and Rheden, is looking for a software tool with which documents, including in the context of WOO requests, can be anonymized. Safer employees of the municipalities must be able to anonymize documents both automatically and manually, whereby the redacted texts are unreadable. Currently, more than 50 employees are involved in anonymizing documents for WOO requests. Approximately 275 WOO files containing about 55,000 documents are processed per year. The management of these (original and redacted) documents takes place
