01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the high-quality replacement and supplementation of ICT hardware for Scholengroep AnnoNu and Stichting Meerkring. It concerns hardware such as Chromebooks, laptops, tablets, desktops, monitors and accessories for a duration of four (4) years via a framework agreement.
The scope is described as functionally as possible. The functional requirements are included in the requirements program as attached as an annex to this tender guideline. The overarching functional scope consists of the high-quality replacement and supplementation of hardware currently in use at the schools with currently available hardware. The new hardware must align with the hardware already in use. It concerns all hardware that a user (student and staff member) needs at a (student) desk, or in the classroom.
