All-round administrative law lawyer
The Municipality of Boxmeer is looking for an all-round administrative law lawyer who is responsible for the legal quality assurance of enforcement decisions and permits, including environmental permits, APV permits and permits under special laws (events, catering, etc.). The lawyer handles (complex) enforcement cases and objection and appeal procedures, works in the field of zoning plans, land matters, WOB requests, state aid and procurement law, compensation for damages and government liability. Additionally, he/she implements and coordinates new laws and regulations, such as the Environment Act (Omgevingswet), and develops policy rules and ordinances for the Spatial sector. The position also includes communication and information, and co-responsibility for new software applications, case-oriented and digital working. The lawyer must have broad knowledge of administrative law, experience with complex procedures, and a proactive attitude when adapting regulations and implementing digital solutions.

As a lawyer, you are responsible for the legal quality assurance of enforcement decisions and permits, such as environmental permits and permits within the framework of the APV and Special Laws (events, catering, etc.) and for handling (complex) enforcement cases and objection and appeal procedures for permit and enforcement matters. You are also deployable in the field of zoning plans, land matters, WOB requests, state aid and procurement law, compensation for damages and government liability. A part of the position may also consist of implementing and/or coordinating new laws and regulations
