01What is being requested

The purpose of this public tender is to realize a uniform national office automation (KAA) environment for the Facilitaire Samenwerking Bevolkingsonderzoeken (FSB) in collaboration with Bevolkingsonderzoek Nederland (BvN). A selected contractor must set up the IT infrastructure, perform phased migration of the participating organizations, and take over the complex management of the KAA environment, with the exception of tasks performed by the contracting authority itself. The assignment requires in-depth knowledge of office automation, migration strategies, IT infrastructure, and the management of integrated systems within a government context. The contractor must also comply with requirements for reliability, scalability, security, and continuity of service.

The objective of the procurement project is to select and contract one Contractor who, together with the merged organization Bevolkingsonderzoek Nederland, can realize a uniform national Office Automation environment with IT infrastructure, whereby the Organizations are (phased) migrated (the Migration) to this new environment and the Contractor assumes complex management. Complex management includes all management tasks that must be performed in connection with the execution of the Assignment, with the exception of those management tasks performed by the Contracting Authority itself.
