01What is being requested

Support in performing between 200 and 250 requests per year of home visits for regular address research and the Landelijke Aanpak Adreskwaliteit (LAA). The activities include conducting home visits, recording objective findings according to established formats, providing timely feedback on findings, and complying with laws and regulations such as GDPR and BRP.

Currently, there is an agreement with an external party to carry out the home visits of the Address Research team. This agreement expires in mid-2026. In order to provide an appropriate follow-up solution and to gain insight into the possibilities offered by the market, we wish to conduct a market consultation.
