Providing the cleaning services and window cleaning for Adenium in Drachten e.o. (31 schools). The total floor area to be cleaned is approximately 38,000 m2. The total m2 of window cleaning, measured double-sided, is approximately 22,000 m2. Due to the expiring contract, the obligation to conduct an EU procurement for the Assignment, the efficient expenditure of public funds, and the desire of the contracting authority to conclude one contract with one contractor for the locations of the Client, it has been decided to initiate this procurement procedure and to bring the cleaning maintenance
