The Metropoolregio Rotterdam-Den Haag (MRDH) will grow in the coming years. By 2040, there will be 400,000 additional inhabitants. For all these people, there must be (affordable) housing and jobs. A suitable location for new housing is the Central Innovation District (CID) and the Binckhorst district in the municipality of Den Haag.
