To achieve this, the existing town hall will be circularly dismantled down to the concrete main load-bearing structure. The facades will mostly be replaced or very thoroughly renovated. The complete fit-out package for both the public area and the working environment will be replaced. The complete installations will be replaced by sustainable installations with the ambition of ENG.
