The municipalities of Lingewaard and Municipality of Overbetuwe intend to enter into a framework agreement with the current reseller for the supply of Microsoft licenses for one year, from 31 March 2026 up to and including 31 March 2027. The agreement was originally established under the VNG GT Framework 2. By entering into the framework agreement, it aligns with that of the Framework and ensures the continuity of licenses and services. A new procurement within the remaining term of the Framework is not considered efficient. The new framework agreement takes place under the existing conditions
