Carrying out inspections, condition assessments in accordance with NEN 2767, sustainability advice, and the drafting of Sustainable Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (DMJOP) for the municipal real estate of Leiden. The assignment is divided into 3 lots with an initial duration of 18 months.
