Supply of electricity and gas including the supply and offsetting of GOs and CO2 certificates for approximately 2,753 electricity connections and 192 gas connections during a period of 2 years with two extensions of 1 year.
The eight municipalities: Kaag en Braassem, Katwijk, Leiden, Leiderdorp, Oegstgeest, Voorschoten, Wassenaar and Zoeterwoude, together form a purchasing collective for electricity and gas for their own municipal connections.
