Rijksvastgoedbedrijf is looking for a partner for an interim housing solution at the Bernhardkazerne. The assignment concerns temporary housing for military personnel, teaching and office facilities during the renovation period.
The Bernhardkazerne in Amersfoort is home to, among others, the Opleidings- en Trainingscommando (OTCo) of the Royal Netherlands Army and is important for preparing operational units. The real estate is highly outdated and therefore, on behalf of Defensie, Rijksvastgoedbedrijf will renovate and renew the barracks. The barracks site will undergo a large-scale renovation in the coming years, which is expected to last until 2037.
