01What is being requested

The project includes the design, realization, and 15 years of maintenance of a new Rijkskantoor of approximately 35,000 m2 GFA in Den Haag, including an underground parking garage and a pocket park.

The assignment concerns the realization of a generic Rijkskantoor and thus a new generation building that meets the stated sustainability requirements of the State.
