The contracting of two 3rd-line bucket/dredging vessels, not permanently equipped with an oil skimmer system from RWS, with a bucket capacity per vessel of at least 4,500 m³ and at most 5,600 m³ (total at least 9,000 m³) for oil spill response in the North Sea, Wadden Sea (sea channels) and the Westerschelde.
