01What is being requested

Realization of a new Security Management System and a new work area for the security organization at the Oosterscheldekering area. The work includes building and electronic measures, including a new gatehouse, a 24/7 control room, and a new communication network. Additionally, a multi-year maintenance contract of 20 years is requested.

For the benefit of the maintenance area of the Oosterscheldekering, a new Security Management System must be realized, whereby monitoring is carried out on operator desks in the control room to be realized for surveillance & security purposes. The Security Management System consists of, among other things, access control, intercom functionality, CCTV, presence detection, and alarm installations in vital spaces. For access control, the rollout of the Rijkspas system will be utilized. In its current state, the security organization is housed too cramped and the working environment does not meet
