The courthouse in Zwolle (hereinafter referred to as rechtbank Zwolle) is a property consisting of an old building part “Krugergebouw” (1967, renovated in 2016) and a new building part “Hootsmansgebouw” (2013). It is a landmark complex where new and existing parts are carefully coordinated and interconnected. An important part of the current fire safety concept of the court is the water mist installation.
