01What is being requested
The integral design and realization of the expansion and transformation of the Green Gatwick building into a sustainable government office of approximately 47,000 m2 GFA by means of a Design & Build contract type.
In 2019, the RVB purchased a building on the Gatwickstraat in Amsterdam with the aim of, after expanding the building, relocating the government services from the Sloterdijk government office to the renovated building. 1. The RVB intends to expand this building and transform it into an attractive and sustainable government office. A government office that complies with the National Frameworks such as, among others, the Physical Working Environment Rijk (FWR) and the sustainability goals from the recently established Routekaart 2.0. 2.
