Currently, TU Delft uses TOPdesk as a Service Management system and as a Facilities Management Information System (FMIS). TU Delft is on the eve of an EU procurement due to the expiration of the contract with TOPdesk. [newline] In the preparation for the procurement, it has become apparent that the choice of a single system for the FMIS, ITIL, and ESM functionality is not optimal and cannot meet all the requirements and wishes of TU Delft. For this reason, TU Delft has published an EU procurement for an FMIS solution. TU Delft intends to procure a separate ESM solution including ITIL function
